The term of the Chairman shall be two years.   1.2   A quorum of a Steering Committee business meeting shall consist of half or more of all active members of the Steering Committee.   1.3   A representative of a member of the Steering Committee may appoint a proxy to attend a Steering Committee business meeting.   1.4   The Chairman of the Steering Committee may grant observer status to members of the Alliance for Healthy Cities, for Steering Committee business meetings.   1.5   The city which serves as the Convenor and Chair City of the Alliance for Healthy Cities General Assembly and International Conference shall commence its duties from the first day of a Biennial International Conference the city convenes.       Back to Top
